We had an excellent car buying experience at Galleria BMW. I was looking for a very specific color and option package. Galleria BMW had a few similar choices but ultimately I ordered an X5 in production BMW. I was looking for a very specific color and option package. Galleria BMW had a few similar choices but ultimately I ordered an X5 in production and it was completed very quickly. Shane Dusang helped me get the exact car I dreamed of. He was available during the entire process and even took my call on a Sunday to close the deal. My car was covered with a drape a huge red bow when I drove over from Florida to pick it up. I got a much better deal and buying experience than at my local dealer. They also deliver. Ryan Light the tech genius helped customize my new 25 X5 settings. He did a great job explaining the new technology settings. He gave great suggestions to truly customize my bmw driving experience. 5 stars! I definitely recommend Galleria BMW for your next BMW. More

Shane was wonderful as always, very calm and lets you make your own decision I really enjoy dealing with him and he will be the last salesman I ever deal with hopefully! As for Galleria it is amazing and make your own decision I really enjoy dealing with him and he will be the last salesman I ever deal with hopefully! As for Galleria it is amazing and one of the nicest and most up to date dealerships I have ever seen, very comfortable feeling once you walk in the door! This place is by far my favorite dealership to visit weather it’s to buy a new vehicle or get one serviced, I have stopped by several times just to look around. Never met a single person who wasn’t hospitable and very kind. I don’t know how it got this way but I sure hope it stays this way. I have had horrible experiences with other BMW dealerships but never here it is the best! Thanks everyone for another wonderful experience in purchasing a new BMW More
