I’m a long time BMW customer who did business with a privately especially Shane Dusang. I am so happy I’ve found a BMW dealership to work with again. I’m a long time BMW customer who did business with a privately owned dealership in Tampa, had the best rep ever, who moved up north and has since retired. If that wasn’t bad enough, the dealership was purchased by Morgan Auto; would not recommend. Galleria BMW, and especially Shane, have been a pleasure to work, and I’m an out of state customer. He was available during the entire process and even took my call on a Sunday to close the deal. My car was covered with a drape a huge red bow when I drove over from Florida to pick it up. I got a much better deal and buying experience than at my local dealer. They also deliver. Ryan Light the tech genius helped customize my new 25 X5 settings. He did a great job explaining the new technology settings. He gave great suggestions to truly customize my bmw driving experience. 5 stars! I definitely recommend Galleria BMW for your next BMW.
