Shane was instrumental in helping me get my dream X7 built. Dealers where I live did not want to give me one of their allocated builds, or provide any discounts, so I searched out of my state. I found Shane, who was responsive immediately, always available by text or phone call, and wanted to get a deal done. Shane kept me updated throughout the process of my build and arranged for the shipping of my car from MS to OH (at an additional cost of course) and I didn’t even have to lift a finger. Signing the financial docs with Cody was very easy by zoom and all done online in 10 minutes. Shane also mailed me a full set of all weather mats I ordered and paid for that didn’t make it into the X7 before it got shipped to my house. He was always there when I needed him. We’ll definitely keep Galleria and Shane in mind for our future BMW’s. More

I had a great experience with Galleria BMW, and especially Shane Dusang. I am so happy I’ve found a BMW dealership to work with again. I’m a long time BMW customer who did business with a privately especially Shane Dusang. I am so happy I’ve found a BMW dealership to work with again. I’m a long time BMW customer who did business with a privately owned dealership in Tampa, had the best rep ever, who moved up north and has since retired. If that wasn’t bad enough, the dealership was purchased by Morgan Auto; would not recommend. Galleria BMW, and especially Shane, have been a pleasure to work, and I’m an out of state customer. The process was stress free and simple (Shane may not agree, I can be a pain in the a** sometimes) Shane worked very diligently to get me the best price and what I was looking for.
