I'm really wishing I purchased my vehicle at Priority instead of Southern. This dealership takes a long time to perform service. I do not understand why it takes over 2 hours to do an oil change with an instead of Southern. This dealership takes a long time to perform service. I do not understand why it takes over 2 hours to do an oil change with an appointment. This is my second time getting service done with this dealership. I wish I would not have gotten the service plan through them. I've dealt with Priority for over 10 years and never had this experience. Please do something to address this. Customer service is good and the people are polite. It just takes so long with an appointment. More
