Finding out later while at the dealership that Shana was actually the manager. It would have been nice for her to see Robert through from inception to completion as then she could have advised him what is in the deal and what is not but the facts would have been nice. More

He ordered me to go to the dealership and take care of it right away on their dime. I was very worried because it was a gift for my fiancé, we purchased an FF Ferrari and I was very worried but they told me don’t worry about it.
