Trade in my 2015 Kia Soul on a 2025. Didn't have the best of credit, but Michael gave me the warmest smile, and treated me like i was a super star. Before you know it, he had me driving through asheville in my new car. Worked with in my budget. Fantastic experience. An attendant showed me how to use all the bells and whistles of my new ride. But most of all, was treated like a person, instead of the online experience I was going to take with another company. He even followed up two days later to make sure things were going well with my car. Thumbs up to Michael Cole. I could definitely had not had a better experience anywhere else. Shana Davis called me to discuss my experience at Kia after a recent service I had. I do not know Shana, and was not expecting this phone call. She actually called at perfect timing one evening. I was ab after a recent service I had. I do not know Shana, and was not expecting this phone call. She actually called at perfect timing one evening. I was able to express that I had car difficulties soon after service at paramount Kia and had some unexpected troubles that seemed likely something that In my opinion could have been an easy fix however, of course I am not car or tech savvy to figure it out myself. The service department had asked to bring my car in to Investigate and do an expensive diagnostic. She had over the phone without kindly and generously guided me on ideas to help solve my car problem which I had expected to receive from service department. After 30 minutes or more of being on the phone trying to find help with my car issues prior to her call, she had fixed my problem in one minute after her advice and guidance. I am so grateful for her, there's not many people out there like her. She helped me rather defer me to Service department and waste my money in time. She even in addition to, give me her number and extension to call back if her suggestion did not work. This is the type of service that customers expect and want. I think she was amazing. She has a good heart and Kia is very lucky to have her!!! If you had to deal with anyone at Kia Paramount, please see her. I'm a good judge when it comes to good quality people that you can trust and she would definitely be one of them. Thank you Shana!! More

We were taken advantage of while negotiating the lease of a Kia Niro at Paramount Kia in Asheville, NC. Final numbers were not divulged to us until we were in the office of the finance manager where we were a Kia Niro at Paramount Kia in Asheville, NC. Final numbers were not divulged to us until we were in the office of the finance manager where we were rushed through signing paperwork. We were probably over charged at least $5,000 over market value on the terms of the lease. We were taken advantage of, and will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership ever again. More
