He kept sayinf he would follow up and we never heard from him. I had to call the finance manager Shami, who was amazing. He got all the documents ready and we signed them digitally, which was our preference. Secondly the sales manaher, Louis Leon stepped in, apologized profusely and made some concessions for us. He lliterally saved the deal. He treated my family like royalty. If it was not for him we would have gone to another dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership. I stopped by Sunday night at 8:40pm they close at 9pm. I was greeted by Tomaris Hill. I was expecting to be rushed due to it being so late. It was the total opposite.
