If I could give zero stars, I would! Poor excuse of a service department. I purchased a 22 Wagoneer and have mistakenly brought it here 3x for various warranty work-each time promised a Poor excuse of a service department. I purchased a 22 Wagoneer and have mistakenly brought it here 3x for various warranty work-each time promised a loaner vehicle like is part of the Wagoneer promise…EACH TIME after making the appointment and the need for the loaner known, being told THE DAY OF that the loaner wouldn’t be available. The third time they never even contacted me, I had to call THEM to double check everything was good before driving over just to be given the run around….then finally at near closing time being told the loaner wasn’t returned and in the entire city of Huntsville, not a single Enterprise had a comparable size vehicle they could put me in to complete the work I’ve been scheduled and waiting for for two MONTHS!!! Two whole months. To say I am frustrated is the understatement of the century. So now here I sit with warranty parts I am not allowed to take possession of and work that needs completed. Landers has zero nearby competitors for Jeep so perhaps that is the reason for total s*^%t service or maybe it comes from the top and whoever “manages” this excuse of a dealership. More

I don't know where to start to say thank you to this Dealership! I was traveling from Michigan to the Alabama Coast when I had major issues with my Pacifica. A rep communicated with us via chat on Sund Dealership! I was traveling from Michigan to the Alabama Coast when I had major issues with my Pacifica. A rep communicated with us via chat on Sunday so when I showed up Monday morning they took a look at what was going on and determined it was going to be an extensive repair. Five hours later I was on my way with a new van! Rob, Stan, Tate, and Shaletha could not have been kinder or more accommodating. Tate even called me the next day to make sure the new van was working well and that I had safely arrived at my destination. As a woman traveling alone they took a really bad situation and did all they could to help me out. So grateful and cannot say enough of good things about this dealership! THANK YOU! More
