Usual car buying games, haggling over price. Sales people concentrate on payments, I concentrate on bottom line. After purchase, lack of follow up. I requested window guards and a week later no one has let me know if the 2024 will fit a 2025. Left a message for the finance department to ask a question - no call back. Dealership is not as nice as others in the area. Salespeople don't even have a decent place to hang out and wait for customers. Folding chairs... More
