I went in to do an oil change on my Kia Soul. I was greeted before even getting out of my car! They escorted me to where I needed to go and the service lady was really nice! She went over everyth I was greeted before even getting out of my car! They escorted me to where I needed to go and the service lady was really nice! She went over everything I needed to do. The waiting room is really nice but also walked over to sales because I had concerns of racking milage on my new car. I was warmly greeted by Abby and we had. A talk of upgrading. She was very kind, informative and not pushy at all!!! I didn't know what I wanted and Abby was so patient with me. I finally chose the Sportage! I told her my payments I'm looking for and she went to work! They respected every wish of mine and got me what I wanted not what they wanted! John is also amazing and funny!! He went above and beyond for me! The finance guy, David was funny and good!! I will never go to another dealership because they listen to what you want, very patient, funny and informative. They make buying experience a wonderful one. Nissan and Toyota made my experience a nightmare! John noticed I was a Gator fan and I wanted a Kia hat!!! He even gave me a Gator color Kia hat that I really love!! Abby patiently help me set all my settings in the car for me after we bought out car. I had to go back a couple times on the settings because I'm not computer savvy. Each time they were friendly, warm and patiently helped me. They gave me the red carpet feeling the minute I walked up. Daytona Kia will always be the place I go for any vehicles! Thank you to everyone there! More
