Beware of Napleton Kia – Ripoff Artists at Their Finest! If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Napleton Kia is the definition of shady dealership tactics, and they have absolutely no ethics. They tried to charge me $500 for wheel locks that cost $30 anywhere else. When I questioned it, they acted like it was a normal charge! And it gets worse—they sell a "Kia Certified Warranty" that is actually FREE from Kia! Yes, you read that right. They try to make it seem like you're getting a deal when in reality, they're charging you for something that costs them nothing. Classic bait and switch! The salespeople and even the manager were dismissive and rude when I called them out on their pricing. They have no problem taking advantage of customers who don’t know better. DO NOT waste your time or money here! Take your business to a dealership that values honesty and integrity—this place has neither. Run far, far away! More

Scheduled to go and buy a 2022 Genesis G70 they had. Mentioned I was going to buy today and that I just needed a little wiggle room on the price. Sounded like they’d be willing. Couple hours later befor Mentioned I was going to buy today and that I just needed a little wiggle room on the price. Sounded like they’d be willing. Couple hours later before my appointment I was told that the car suddenly had a turbo issue that needed to be replaced. Then was told it was just the blow off pipe, and that they’ll reach out when it’s fixed. Then was told they had someone there earlier willing to pay full price once it was fixed. Enough with the games, I was willing to buy it today for just a tiny bit less ($300). Shout to the sales manager named Garett T McComb for all of this. Update 01: They called me back offering $500 off the price to remove the review. Which I was willing to do but wanted to ask if they would do $150 additional as well as the amount they originally offered on my trade in. I posted the review originally because of the games. Next thing I know the manager called me to confirm whether that was the number I asked for and he hung up on me when I confirmed. When I asked for the Salesman to call me to confirm whether they would do the $650, I was told to no longer talk to them and that they won’t do business with me anymore. This was from Sevion L Hastings. More
