As much as I appreciate your service department getting me in for my 8000 mile service on your vehicle that I'm leasing one day early, I DO NOT appreciate being ignored. I told two different people that one tire had a slow leak. When I picked up the vehicle, I was told the technician didn't find anything wrong with the tire in question.Not only that, they rotated the tires incorrectly, according to the owners manual. But that's besides the point. The point is that I ended up having to take your vehicle to Les Schwab, in Cañon City where I live, and pay for the tire to be repaired. It had picked up a nail. I'm not sure how or why the technician didn't find the nail. I suspect that it's because Phil Long didn't want to spend the time/money to repair the tire. There is a chance that we didn't include the road hazard insurance when we took possession of the vehicle. As we haven't received any of the paperwork from when we leased it. But at the least your service department could have let us know that there was a nail in the tire. Additionally, I would think that removing the air filter and blowing it out would be part of the service routine. That was not done either. I know because I have removed it myself 3 times now to clean it. I removed it when we got home, the day of the service to check to see if it had been removed and cleaned. It had not been touched. Fast forward to this week and a second amazingly smooth and easy experience trading our older vehicle to purchase a new Hyundai Santa Fe. Severt Morgensen went over and above the call of duty to help us purchase our new vehicle, all done from the comfort of our own home. Severt was kind and accommodating and helped us navigate all the procedures from paperwork to pick up without any stress or undue concern for our health due to Covid 19. When we did have to go in for signing of paperwork, employees were masked and helpful. We picked up the car yesterday, also an effortless and perfect experience and we can’t say enough positive words about the whole car buying event at Phil Long. Thanks again to Severt Morgensen for being so helpful and kind to two mature (senior) buyers. Thanks also to Mgr Chris who came out and thanked us for our business when we picked up the car. Dealerships are being forced to work remotely since government mandated showrooms be closed. Severt responded quickly to my request for vehicle information, asked all of the pertinent questions, texted and emailed what I needed, LISTENED to what we wanted to accomplish, and with the help of management, made it happen! We spoke to 3 other dealers who either couldn't or didn't want to work with us. The entire sales process was different for all of us due to restrictions, but they worked through the hurdles to provide not only the product we needed and wanted, but gave the highest level of customer service while doing it! I work in commission sales in another industry so realize the stress involved on the sales side of a business. Severt is extremely professional and caring and I would recommend seeing both him and this dealership. More

We were across the street looking at some used vehicles but got no attention from their sales team, we walked across the street for a quick look to see what Phil Long Hyundai had. Severt came up to us and was extremely helpful in trying to find me a vehicle. He got me into a 2018 Sonata SEL, he did such a great job that when it was time for USAA to take away my wifes vehicle we came right back to him and not only found my wife the dream car she has always wanted (2019 Veloster Turbo Ultimate). He was amazing from the start, not pushy like other salesman. When it was time for us to get a truck, he was the only person I reached out to, He found me a hidden gem. He asked exactly what I was looking for, I gave him everything and he was on top of it. He found me a 2005 Toyota Tundra, I asked for the perfect "work truck" and he delivered. Sir I just wanted to let you know that you got an "Ace" in your deck and I felt that you should know that.
