I purchased a vehicle back in 2020 and had a great experience since then I have shopped at 2 other dealerships and didn't have a good experience at either. I decided to go back to Rowe in Westbrook an experience since then I have shopped at 2 other dealerships and didn't have a good experience at either. I decided to go back to Rowe in Westbrook and was very happy and satisfied for the second time and they have now earned a lift time customer. They were extremely busy the day I went and ended up having their system go down for a little. They kept me informed and kept apologizing about the delay and even stayed 1 hr past closing to get my deal done. By far the best car buying experience and they went above and beyond not just for me but everyone that was there that day. I had lost all confidence in the car buying experience but after that day they have made me regain trust amd confidence that not every dealership is out the to screw you. Seth was honest and efficient to work with. Buying a car during a really low inventory time was not fun. But Seth was honest and upfront about pricing which I respect. I absolutely love my new car and could not have had a better Sales representative help me he made me feel helped and welcome and all my needs were met 100 percent. He went the extra mile and made sure I was getting a blue car and turned out finding me my favorite shade of blue and it has all the bells and whistles which is even cooler. He had a great sense of humor, an amazing personality, very personable, friendly and helpful. He made sure that everything was clear and showed he cares about the customer's satisfaction and understanding in addition to the sale. He took the time to make sure I truly understood what he was saying and that I was getting the best deal for my time and money. Seth made sure that all my accomodations I requested were met and made sure to explain clearly what things meant when I didn't understand it. He made sure the process went smoothly and in a timely manner and he even made sure to call me the minute my car arrived and that it was all ready for me when I came to pick it up. He was very knowledgeable and when he wasn't 100% sure about something he was at least honest about it which I appreciated. He took the time to follow up and make sure if I had any questions after getting to drive my car for a few days that I knew he was available to answer all my questions whenever I had any.
