my new car was less than one year old. Needed differential repair. Seth the head of service there refused to honor the warranty and wanted me to pay over $10,000 to repair, Had the aud Needed differential repair. Seth the head of service there refused to honor the warranty and wanted me to pay over $10,000 to repair, Had the audacity and arrogance to suggest my new car I purchased from their dealership, which was never out of my possession and had zero sign of any water damage, had been substantially submerged. What a bold face lie. Took my Car to Germain and found out there was a MB issued service bulletin on the known issue and they (Germain) repaired and honored the warranty. Deal with Crown Mercedes of Dublin and Seth/Service at your own risk. Complete crooks and stereotypical of the worst of car dealerships! More
