Overall happy with dealership. Lately seeing a change in service paperwork and explanations provided to customer that is not the best. Not enough explanation provide by service rep Lately seeing a change in service paperwork and explanations provided to customer that is not the best. Not enough explanation provide by service rep to customer after technician performs inspection. My last visit they didn't replace cabin air filter as requested. Filter was 1 year old; I replaced myself. Service rep didn't explain to me the technicians recommendation for transmission flush or future spark plug replacement. I had to ask for $ estimates to plan budget. More

I have waited over 2months for a new radio for my 2008 Mazda CX7. We’ll be in this Tuesday am to get my refund of $709.77. Technicians are not trained. Car died while driving. They told me my 2017 Mazda CX5 with 75000 miles needed a new motor because low compression did not make a viable spark. It was not diagnosed for the original problem. They told towtruck driver you could not fix it. He asked aren't you the dealer? My idea felt mazda would be able to fx her car. Car was towed to your shop and sat there 2 weeks before they started. More
