Terrible experience. Seth was really good. Got a decent (not great deal) on a '25 Accord. Quick and easy trade in, balance in cash. Then waited (and waited and waited) Seth was really good. Then waited (and waited and waited) around for about 3 hrs for someone (not sure who) to complete the paperwork. Finally had to leave because I had other things to do. While I was gone the contacted me and told me papers were ready, but when I got back they weren't. Never did get papers signed so don't know whether they're going to actually sell me the car or not. Very, very frustrating. No communication about what the delay was. Will never deal with this place again. More

I procrastinated buying a car most of January. I did not want to go from on-line shopping to an actual dealership. I did find a 2021 Honda CR-V at Honda World in Conway but did not act on it unti I did not want to go from on-line shopping to an actual dealership. I did find a 2021 Honda CR-V at Honda World in Conway but did not act on it until January 31st. I happened to be on facebook on January 29th and came across a post about Honda World. What great reviews everyone was giving the dealership and sales people. That was it. I called and talked to Dionte and arranged to come in on January 31st. He was with another customer when I arrived but left me in great hands with Seth. Any hesitation on my part went out the window. Seth was very knowledgeable about the cars and the dealership. You could tell he truly believed in the products he was selling and what a great place it is to work. I bought the car and couldn't be more pleased. How nice to walk away from that experience with such a great service from a staff that truly cares about their customers. Honda World has a great reputation and people are highly recommending your dealership. Keep up the great work. More
