Liars and Frauds. Gave the General Manager a chance to contact me as discussed but that fell flat. Went into this location with my father to buy an 2026 Accord Touring Hybrid May 22nd after a few months of searching. Was introduced to Seth Bagheri to discuss the finer details of the deal when his manager Seth Chadwick was brought over to what I assume to do was 'close' the deal. Not only was I talked down to and belittled with being called 'buddy' and 'pal', but he consistently spoke over me, said he did not care about any research I did on the car, and ultimately ended the conversation with "we are the best you are going to get, if you want to buy a car you have our offer, otherwise I have other customers to attend to". He then went away to sit in his office with glass walls, as if he was invisible. I am not sure what high school bully tactics this man employs to get a deal, but I will not be spoken to like that. After letting him know that at this point I wouldn't take the deal if they GAVE me the car we got up to leave, only to be stopped part way by our original rep of Seth Bagheri with an offer to contact the GM over how we were so rudely treated. Ultimately a deal was struck and due to the hour and upcoming holiday, I would be hitting my bank in the morning to get the loan processed. The paperwork I was given when I left that night was not the correct form needed, so a quick phone call with Mr. Bagheri and the correct form would be emailed to me...but whomever was pulling said paperwork could not get it to me through email. Seth continued to be the hero of the place and scanned the document personally to send to me, but unfortunately the bank had about 30 minutes left open and I could not get the loan completed. That's fine, I could get it done Tuesday first thing and Seth was completely understanding and apologized for a delay he has zero part in. Strangely about an hour later, I got a text message from a new number saying "Its Seth with Heritage Honda" asking if I received the correct form and was able to get the loan. Odd seeing as how him and I have been in contact the whole day. This mystery man spent a good while pressuring me into financing through them, and ultimately threating to sell the car if I didn't not come and do so. I questioned who I was speaking with and only then did Sam Sarris reveal himself as the one I've been speaking with. I was then gas lit with "no one claimed to be anyone" as if he started the text with his name. But that's the beauty of text messages, they are forever. I cannot recommend these liars and frauds any less. The only thanks I will give them is driving me to another dealership that cares. I will be contacting MileOne Autogroup as well for this treatment. Bullying, Threatening, and Lying to customers is NOT a business model they would approve of I am sure. More

Our experience last evening with Seth Chadwick was horrific. He was arrogant, spoke down to us and treated us as though we were just another stupid customer going to succumb to his pressures, demeanin horrific. He was arrogant, spoke down to us and treated us as though we were just another stupid customer going to succumb to his pressures, demeaning attitude and constant belittling during our visit at Heritage Honda Parkville. Seth Chadwick was extremely condescending throughout the entire conversation not only to us but to the salesperson as well. If I were the GM Mitch Giller, I would not allow these types of people on my staff. And now to find out that he is attempting to sell the vehicle that we agreed to out from under us. I believe this is illegal behavior that definitely needs to be addressed not only by the GM, but also by the Honda Corporation. Do not deal with Heritage Honda of Parkville nor Seth Chadwick. More

I had a great overall experience at Honda Parkville. Erin was an excellent sales consultant—professional, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I also want to sincerely thank Har Erin was an excellent sales consultant—professional, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I also want to sincerely thank Haroon for his support and guidance. However, I do want to express my disappointment regarding how things were handled at the very last minute. I had been at the dealership from 4 PM until after 9 PM—over five hours—working through the details, test driving, finalizing the lease, and arranging insurance. After signing the lease agreement for $417/month and thinking everything was settled, I was unexpectedly informed—just as the store was about to close—by Seth, the sales manager, that the monthly payment would be increased to $432 due to my credit score being 0. I was transparent from the beginning that I’m new to the country, and this should have been factored into the process early on—not after everything was agreed upon and signed. This is not something you surprise a customer with only after work hours, especially after such a long time spent at the dealership. When I raised my concerns, Seth told me, “Look buddy, we’re about to close. Either you take the deal or you lose this game.” That kind of language and timing felt extremely unprofessional and put me in a very uncomfortable position. Although I ended up signing the new contract, I sincerely hope this dealership reviews how such situations are handled. Customers should not be pressured or blindsided after hours of discussion, signed agreements, and closing time. More
