This is my second vehicle I have purchased from Bloomington Acura Subaru,both experiences have went well. I like the fact that this dealership has been so helpful throughout the whole process sales Bloomington Acura Subaru,both experiences have went well. My sales person I had with this sale was easy to talk to and was not pushy, pushy sales people turn me off right away. I have had work done there and service staff & customer waiting area help to make it more your repairs or service more pleasant. I guess my biggest problem is they are not closer to my home location, it would be more convenient. More

The main person I spoke with wasn't very personable. I had mentioned how I would have liked someone to just look at my key, the unlock button wasn't working properly after I had replaced the battery. W I had mentioned how I would have liked someone to just look at my key, the unlock button wasn't working properly after I had replaced the battery. Without looking or taking 2 minutes to unscrew it, his response was that I might need to buy a new one or buy just the button. I was also surprised a that a service bulletin for my issues wasn't covered. Approx. $350 to replace a faulty oil pressure switch. Seemed odd to me that I'm paying to have a faulty switch replaced. Otherwise the oil change was quick and easy. More

I live out of state and the dealership was a little choppy to deal with at first. They were nice and easy to close the deal but once the deal was complete they didn’t want to answer the phone or return choppy to deal with at first. They were nice and easy to close the deal but once the deal was complete they didn’t want to answer the phone or return my calls. Nor did they send me the title to complete the title transfer. It’s been two weeks and the Bluetooth isn’t working correctly and the car charger went out as well. Glad I got the warranty. Not too impressed w/ them. I expected more since I’ve never had an issue with them when it came to my old Acura. More
