Excellent experience In 2002 I bought a new Subaru Outback (H6 LL Bean Edition) from a dealership in Virginia. When I moved to Jacksonville, I took my car to Subaru of Jac In 2002 I bought a new Subaru Outback (H6 LL Bean Edition) from a dealership in Virginia. When I moved to Jacksonville, I took my car to Subaru of Jacksonville for servicing. My go-to mechanic, Dan, always took excellent care of my aging car. But after 15 years, I thought it might be time to trade it in for a 2017. Even though I kept going back to Subaru of Jacksonville several times "just to look," the salesman (Jerry Johnson) never pressured me. He patiently answered all my questions and when I test drove the Outback H6 Touring model, the decision was made. Jerry made my buying experience relatively stress-free. All of the employees at Subaru of Jacksonville -- from my salesman to the Service Dept. -- are friendly, highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. As long as I own a Subaru, I will continue to go to Subaru of Jacksonville for all my auto needs. So enjoying my new car. It's so quiet and I like all the bells and whistles and, of course, the safety features. But that's what makes a Subaru a Subaru! More

Wonderful Buying Experience! My husband and I had a great experience buying our new Forester at Subaru of Jacksonville. We met Frank Woods at the car show in Jacksonville. We had looked at all the cars at the show and really liked the Forester the best. We knew that is what we wanted after talking to Frank Woods. We ended up at the dealership yesterday and got to test drive the Forester with Frank. We were sold after the test drive. Frank was very knowledgeable about everything Subaru. He made buying very easy and even enjoyable. Looking forward to driving our beautiful new Forester and having it serviced at Subaru of Jacksonville.
