I was very happy with my purchase experience as I was very specific. My salesman, Andrew Bowman, was awesome. Very friendly and great customer service! I highly recommend Drew! Also, there was a problem with my tires after my purchase but the dealership promptly took care of rectifying the situation above my expectations. My one complaint is with the dealership itself. I walked in the door not only pre-approved but pre-qualified with a lender. I was told by my salesman that the dealership would not blow out my application to a bunch of lenders but if fact the sales department did. Knowing I had a challenging credit situation is why I walked in with a pre-qualified lender. Even with my application being sent out to numerous lenders, the dealership went with my already pre-qualified lender in the end. Several dings to my credit report and numerous contacts from lenders really got my goat. More
