I bought a car knowing that the windows needed to be replaced. I was assured that after the windows were installed, that everything would be in perfect condition. Went to pick up the car and there were replaced. I was assured that after the windows were installed, that everything would be in perfect condition. Went to pick up the car and there were nicks in the paint and glass still inside the car. Again said they would fix it but didn’t. Finally went to a body shop to get the paint chips fixed and a week later I got my “new” car. Brought it home and I still had to vacuum the car because there was still glass inside. The so called detail department is atrocious. More
