In order to buy my lease it required 2 trips to the dealership and more than 5 hours of time and, even though I paid the car off in full, I still don't have my title. This was probably the worst exper dealership and more than 5 hours of time and, even though I paid the car off in full, I still don't have my title. This was probably the worst experience I've had with a dealership in my 70 years of buying and leasing cars. While the representatives were courteous, all 7 of them, getting the job done was a chore.
