Germain Honda gave me an honest and fair deal. It was my first "big" purchase, and the first car I bought on my own, so I spent a lot of time researching which direction to go. They examined my needs with me and made sure that the decision was all mine. They were courteous and respectful when I asked for some time to gather my thoughts. Serif Denizeri was a patient, knowledgeable salesman. He knew the product and was courteous and informative. I wanted to buy Honda because of it's reputation and the dealership was within a few minutes driv knew the product and was courteous and informative. We took a year to make the dcision and Mr. Denizeri was just as pleasant after a year as he had been the first day. I can tell you that we looked at other cars at other dealerships. I was surprised by the lack of product knowledge, lack of cortesy and an inability to LISTEN to the customer at other places. If Mr. Denizeri decided to move to Toyota or Buick we would follow him there. I feel there was a disconnect between the saleman and the finace person, in that i think I ended up paying more than we had originally agreed upon, but aas for the sales part, we are more than satisfied. More

My car needed one slight body repair and he had it taken care of right away and also followed up with me to see how I was enjoying my H been better.
