Terrible customer service, I have called for a week to try and get someone to help me, I love over 3 hours away, and can’t stop by or I would, my brand new truck is broken and no one will call me back or try and get someone to help me, I love over 3 hours away, and can’t stop by or I would, my brand new truck is broken and no one will call me back or help me out, the truck was broken when I purchased it, I didn’t notice till the next morning it was on the passenger side where the salesman was sitting. Not a dig about the dealership staff but I had a 1 PM appointment for a brand new vehicle with ac not working. When I arrived I was told that the 1PM appointment did not mean they would get to it righ appointment for a brand new vehicle with ac not working. When I arrived I was told that the 1PM appointment did not mean they would get to it right away and it could take two hours. Never received any updates on the progress. It took over 3 hours. Side note....the rest rooms in the service area need an update. They are clean but look like something out of the 80's. The dealership sells Buick and GMC along with other brands and the restrooms do not convey a feeling of a luxury dealership. The ac system I was told was overcharged with freon and I have to wonder why this was not discovered by a pre delivery inspection. Not sure what Sebastian's role is at the dealership and the review may not be fair to him. I did not feel that someone who just bought a brand new vehicle was shown any concern for the issue. The vehicle had less than 90 miles on it. My sales person Joseph is very customer focused. No complaints for him at all. More
