What I don't like about service at the dealer is that I have no contact with the person who is working on my car. If I have any questions, they need to be relayed through a 3rd party. I had several questions about my vehicle's performance that I was unable to ask. It was a very frustrating experience in that sense. All of the people at the dealership were very polite and nice. This survey is asking me to rate James Reeder, Tony Sanchez, and Teddy Tobar. However, as far as I can recall, those are not people that I engaged with at the dealership when I just had my car serviced a couple of weeks ago. THE SURVEY IS COMPELLING ME TO RATE PEOPLE THAT I NEVER ENGAGED WITH. xxx? IT WON'T ALLOW ME TO SUBMIT IF I DON'T RATE PEOPLE?
