I have been using them on and off for years. I have never had a problem, they keep me informed, answer all my questions, give me a pleasant place to wait & are upfront with their pricing. I think that their best feature, from a decision-making point of view, is the pictures they have of the actual parts of the car & the explanation of exactly what is going on & how and approximately when it will become a problem.
