I had a unique problem with my new Tahoe. After it set for a week the battery went dead. I took my Tahoe in and was told it was in the wi-fi settings because I had a metal roof on my home. I After it set for a week the battery went dead. I took my Tahoe in and was told it was in the wi-fi settings because I had a metal roof on my home. I came home and made changes to my internet configuration to accept the Tahoe when in the garage. Ina week the battery went dead. So I returned to your service department to find a new service manager, Roger. He took my problem under his wing, explained how time consuming and difficult it was going to be to locate the problem. Fixed me up with a loaner and began the task of diagnosing where this needle is in the haystack of electronics. After a little over 3 weeks, having kept me informed almost daily, the problem was located and solved. I’m in my 70’s and purchased several vehicles and have never been better taken care of than your service manager, Roger. The first vehicle sold to a customer is in sales and the rest is sold in service. With Roger in charge you will do well. More

The service department manager was great. He was running the phones and shop mostly by himself. I was looking on their website to replace my car that was recently totaled. In about 20 minutes, I get a phone call from Jimmy asking want am I looking for. He told me if I didn't find One by Tuesday to cal recently totaled. In about 20 minutes, I get a phone call from Jimmy asking want am I looking for. He told me if I didn't find One by Tuesday to call back.I had to run out for something, so I stopped in and talked to Jimmy. I found out they had a car in my price range. So now I'M waiting for the insurance settlement. More

Very pleased with the service at GRA. Jesse got me hooked up with new tires, but then Trevor got me with one of the sales guys and got me a new truck instead! Easiest time I've ever had buying a car for real. Young guys but they aren't pushy like you get with some places like that.
