I measure a service center on their response when I cite a problem. On my recent visit for an MDX recall item, I pointed out that I didn't think my recent tire rotation and balance was correctly done. I n a problem. The service department promised to check into it and found that, yes indeed, 2 wheels were slightly out of balance.
