Smooth and Professional Experience I was in the market for a used 328i and did extensive research on different cars, dealerships, and sales staff. Of all the people contacted, Elvis Blo I was in the market for a used 328i and did extensive research on different cars, dealerships, and sales staff. Of all the people contacted, Elvis Blohm was far and away the best I dealt with. From my first contact via email through multiple phone calls, he was professional, honest, and above-board. He did not pressure me, just answered each question I had and allowed me time to decide. When time came for talking price, his first number was not unreasonable, the complete opposite! After finalizing the price over the phone, we arranged a time to meet. After driving over 90 minutes from Thousand Oaks, Elvis had us in and out in a little over an hour. Great experience! We also had the pleasure of working with Sean Wang in Finance. He was well-organized and factually presented information. There was no typical "finance games", just signing the paperwork and short explanations of options. Also, working with Elvis, they did a fantastic job working through the BMW Financial red-tape to ensure I received a rebate offer I was entitled to (but was being denied by BMW FS). Overall, a very pleasurable experience working with Elvis and Sean. As far as the dealership, it was clean, well-organized, and fully staffed. Everyone I came into contact with was happy and willing to provide assistance. More

Best service and so personable This is my second BMW X5 with new century bmw and specifically with Ken. Ken is amazing at what he does and he does is listen to his customers. He is kind, patient and is not a pushy seller - I absolutely hate going into dealerships to purchase a car because if this fact but with Ken it is always so personable and seamless. I was in the market and ready to purchase a macan turbo as I had just turned in my x5 lease and wanted to purchase my next car while trying a new brand. I was set in my decision until I test drove the x5 again and concluded that this would be the best option for me long term. He helped me weigh the pros and cons of each vehicle from an absolutely unbiased opinion which I loved - never once did he say bmw was better than or less than- he asked me questions to help me make an informed decision about my next purchase and I’m so happy that he was able to help me see that my purchase was the absolute right decision. I can’t thank him enough for his honesty, and kind character. He’s wonderful and I will always be a loyal customer to him when purchasing for myself or recommending someone else to purchase a bmw. His communication is on point and you never feel threatened or pushed into doing anything you don’t want to. Thank you Ken!!
