From the moment I started speaking with Jeff he listened to what I was looking to purchase. I told him what I was interested and never once did he push me towards any other vehicle or even color option. Ver to what I was looking to purchase. I told him what I was interested and never once did he push me towards any other vehicle or even color option. Very customer centric approach and I respect that. Nothing about the experience was stressful I would actually say rather exciting. I found myself during the downtime of the process speaking with the parts department about possible options after the purchase of the vehicle. I will have to even mention while I was at the parts department counter and Dakota was away for a minute to get a labor qoute someone in passing even asked if I been helped. I appreciate how it feels that each employee cares and helps with all customers and not like others dealership where employees claim customers and they don't want anyone near them. I appreciate everything Randy does for the Murfreesboro Nelson Mazda location. He does a great job with his employees and its seen by how they are treating the customers. More

Everyone at the Nelson Mazda Dealership in Murfreesboro is extremely helpful! I always feel relieved when I drop my car off and pick it up. I had an amazing experience with my car purchase. Everyone was so helpful and informational. We have been buying cars at Nelson Mazda for 16 years. We think of them as a family. They are kind, courteous, and genuinely care about their customers. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else! Very poor purchasing experience from start to finish. Would not buy new or used from any Nelson Mazda dealership again. Terrible value - took advantage of us with their no-haggle pricing. Manipulative, smug, deceitful. Needed to return purchased vehicle. Said my trade was gone. Signed paperwork for refund and 4 hours later trade was back? check now different value and had to drive another 2 h vehicle. Said my trade was gone. Signed paperwork for refund and 4 hours later trade was back? check now different value and had to drive another 2 hours roundtrip. Sent me home with original trade in with no tags and could not return my title that I provided to them. Never would I recommend! More
