I purchased a 2023 Jetta in September of 2023 it is now Dec and I still don’t have my vehicle! I keep telling me the part is on back order! Sean and Andy were excellent! Andy answered all of my questions promptly, and he immediately notified me when the vehicle I was looking for landed at the dealership.
