Poor customer service I spoke with Sean Swanson (internet sales & fleet director) on the phone prior to driving to PH Mazda from OC with my family and he agreed to a price I spoke with Sean Swanson (internet sales & fleet director) on the phone prior to driving to PH Mazda from OC with my family and he agreed to a price match with Star Mazda on a 2018 Mazda6 Touring. Unfortunately, Sean had a huge issue with our pricing questions/concerns when we talked numbers. Obviously I'm going to thoroughly check the numbers before purchasing a car. This isn't the 99 Cents Store after all. Sean had the audacity to come to our table, slam down some papers, and treat us very condescendingly. When we asked the salesperson John, who worked with us from the beginning, a question, Sean cut him off and did not let him reply because the pricing was sooo clear and we were dumb for not understanding it. He said, "Don't even answer. This is the price. We have the white car. What is there to question." He even clapped his hands at us as he spoke. ? ***Beware that Sean tries to use fear, aggression, and manipulation to get you to buy the car.*** After Sean stormed back to his office, John helped us come up with a better price and I bought the car. Sean needs a major attitude adjustment, especially if he works with customers and people in general. Come here at your own risk and avoid Sean Swanson unless you're in the mood to witness a grown man throwing a temper tantrum. I like Mazda and my family all drive Mazdas. However, Sean's highly inappropriate behavior and lack of professionalism really put a bad taste in my mouth. I would most likely find a different Mazda dealer next time and I don't intend to service my car here either. More
