Purchased used vehicle and told Bob R provides Zeibart service for all their vehicles. Signed all paperwork online while at the dealer so you don't really see everything at once. Charged nearly 2k for Zeibart Diamond Gloss--that is NOT "Bob R providing" Also noted $550 for LoJac that was never discussed. I don't need LoJac. Called and talked to sales person supervisor. Really like salesperson. Don't know if they were new and misrepresented accidently or if it was typical practice. Requested refund. In an email dated 3/7/22 at 4:13 p.m. I have written confirmation they will refund the charges. On 3/25 still no check so emailed. Informed General manager must approve and he is out for surgery. April 9 I email again that certainly someone is still in charge and is able to send the refund. April 12 informed that office indicates the refund should arrive tomorrow or Thursday. Well it is Friday. No check yet but my first payment has been made! Also at time of sale told to leave vehicle two extra days to get if fully serviced. When we take it home about 30 miles away the "needs maintenance" light came on as soon as I turned it one the next day. Checked Toyota app for service record. Shows it was not serviced. Call and told to bring it back and they will take care of it. Drive back and they take vehicle for a few minutes. Then they produce records indicating it was serviced at another Bob R location in Illinois and they have reset the light. I note resetting at different time I could go too long between changes. They decide to attach a window sticker with mileage when it will be due. Assure me light is reset and all is fine. Drive home. Next time I start vehicle hello "maintenance needed light!" More

The sales people there are scammers and lie to Subaru employees telling us that the 500 maintenance package covers the tire and rim repair. I went in there trying to sell them my Subaru ascent to get ano employees telling us that the 500 maintenance package covers the tire and rim repair. I went in there trying to sell them my Subaru ascent to get another lease and the management tried to hustle me and asked me to give them 1000 dollars and they would buy out the lease. I told them I didn’t have it so they asked me for 500 cash then I told them I would go somewhere else and they insisted I sell to them and didn’t have to give any money down More

FRAUD/SCAM ALERT!!About two weeks ago I began looking FRAUD/SCAM ALERT!! About two weeks ago I began looking at buying a new vehicle. Bob Rohrman Subaru offered to appraise my 2015 Outback Premium for FRAUD/SCAM ALERT!! About two weeks ago I began looking at buying a new vehicle. Bob Rohrman Subaru offered to appraise my 2015 Outback Premium for trade/cash purchase. So about a week ago, a friendly and honest appraiser there (Sean Summers) - researched the vin, looked over the vehicle (wasn’t concerned about two tiny tiny door dings, or couple normal light scratches) & appraised it for cash purchase between $16-$17k. I told them I would be back in a week when I decide what vehicle I planned to buy - and I was told the offer would still be valid. Yesterday, I went in and a different appraiser (Kevin Ramsey) told me there was an accident on the CarFax vehicle report, pointed out the very minor issues the other appraiser didn’t care about, and that he could, maybe, MAYBE, give me $15k. I have since pulled the same report and there’s no mention of an accident. Please note: all service intervals complete, vehicle has a Subaru bumper to bumper extended warranty (7-yr/100k mi) valid for another 14,500 miles/1 year. The vehicle is in perfect mechanical condition and is clean inside and out. More
