I have worked with Chris Hall fir years and I do all my car(s) maintenance with hi, every 5000 miles. He has all my records and has done a fantastic job of keeping my car in tip too shape. I feel the dealership is great and the service dept.what I'm disappointed in is I talke my car in for a oil change and ask if they can look and tell me why my passenger and back window won't roll down.The l I'm disappointed in is I talke my car in for a oil change and ask if they can look and tell me why my passenger and back window won't roll down.The lady wrote up my invoice and then said There is a fee now of 139.95 for checking out issue with the car and if they find its a warranty issue you won't have to pay.well my car a 2011 so I don't think it would be under warranty and then I'm told my spark plugs needed replaced and my husband just replaced them.so now I'm thinking Kia is trying to rip me off.Kia has always been good to me but to want that much to just tell me whats wrong is crazy.This is my 2 Kia and have loved the cars but I may rethink when I trade in this year. More

Bad attitude. I had to wait back in line to the service guy I was working with for the extra question I had. Just thought (mech) could have been alittle more nicer or helpful. More

Timely, professional, friendly! We always value the service at Kia if Greenville. What else can we say about these great people? Making a requirement of 25 words is ridiculous.
