Lomg trip to Indiana and back. Lots of bugs on front. About 95% removed and front windshield still had some bird poop on it after washing. All was pointed out when I got rig back. Purchased my second new BMW and could not have had a better experience. Jesse helped me through the buying process. Never pushy and easy to get along with. Bought a used VW Passat TDI from Bmw of salem. The entire team was extremely friendly, laid back, humble and all around very caring. Easiest car purchase yet. Sean Ostler and crew were awesome in facilitating for us to drive the vehicle ahead of time, think it over and buy the car. We made the appointment to come in Saturday and complete the deal and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great experience and never once felt any pressure to buy. They have been consistently fair and solution focussed for years! TJ, yes the guy with the hat, is at the top of his game. He knows his customers, knows his cars and puts the two together to solve problems and find solutions. Sean, the Sales Manager is just the same. There is nothing "stuffy" about this BMW dealership they are a down to earth, great team and under Jon Taylor's leadership have been forged into this problem-solving crew with the highest of standards. This review is based on at least 4 cars from them over the last 7 years. More

Happy how quick and painless the process was. We have purchased and leased a number of BMWs over the past 20 years from Rasmussen Portland and always had the service done by them. My last BMW X 1 was the 4th X series in a row leased from Portland BMW and the first from the NEW dealership and it was not like the old place and felt they were more interested in leasing me something then taking care of me. Came to a couple of open houses at your dealership introducing 2018 and 2019 X models and was impressed by your staff and and size of shop space, etc and had may car serviced by you for the first time. Right now we downsized to three vehicles and will return when we are ready for our next BMW, More
