He brought both vehicles up close so we could compare them side by side essentially. He was knowledge of the available product and the features available so we could make a really well informed decision about what vehicle we felt best suited our needs. He was willing to take our negotiation options to his manager and come back with a package and price we were happy with. This was the least time I’ve had to spend in a dealership making a new car purchase. The finance department was top notch as well giving us detailed information and helping us to choose a warranty and payment plan that satisfied our need. The experience was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. More
