I started the process on the phone with Norma , she was very nice and polite. She answered all my questions and was able to give me some numbers. When I got to the dealership , Troy Scott was waiting very nice and polite. She answered all my questions and was able to give me some numbers. Throughout the buying/shopping process Jon was amazing and listened to the specifics of what we were looking for in a Jeep. He was very personable and professional during the time we were there and made sure we were also comfortable during the lengthy process. I don't think we've ever experienced a sales person so flexible to our needs and not trying to do a hard sell, which was one reason we did end up purchasing from Heritage. Sean in their finance department was also very pleasant to work with and really worked to get us what we needed to ensure our Jeep is maintained throughout our ownership at a price point we wanted. It is now three weeks after the sale and Jon is still providing us help after the sale with anything we need. That is impressive and not something one usually receives after taking ownership. Had issues with service that was paid for but not completed. Took the vehicle back to get it done and I guess it was done, hard to take their word for it now. Engine cooling fan will stay on and they completed. Took the vehicle back to get it done and I guess it was done, hard to take their word for it now. Now I'm without a car until it gets fixed, something they should've done. More

Horrible experience. They have screwed all my paperwork up. It has been a month since I purchased the vehicle and I’m still trying to get everything straightened out. I must have reached out to them 10 different times and no one would answer or return my phone calls. I have spent $500 after I bought the vehicle between MVA issues insurance thing and parts. This is my 5th purchase through heritage/mile on and I can confidently say it’s my last. I have regretted this purchase since day one and it has nothing to do with the vehicle I itself. More
