Southside Kia service department is always outstanding to their customers. They really show us that they care & are concerned if there is a problem. They also keep us updated on the progress. I had an appointment to bring my car in for a safety recall. I was greeted up on arrival. My appointment was pretty much on time. I was told approximately how long the service would take. I was asked recall. I was greeted up on arrival. My appointment was pretty much on time. I was told approximately how long the service would take. I was asked about a complimentary car wash. My car was ready in the time frame advised. My car was washed afterwards. I did notice my clock and pre set radio stations were off time/stations. My AC was on full blast/speed when I went to get inside my car. The staff was friendly. More

I had a great experience at South side Kia while getting my tire replaced. I was even shuttled to get something to eat. Reilly Mickey and his crew were Awesome. They were getting people in and out. I am a long time Kia customer and have been using Southside Kia for all my car service needs. Reilly Mickey always makes me feel like a valued customer and is attentive to the service needs of my Kia Southside Kia for all my car service needs. Reilly Mickey always makes me feel like a valued customer and is attentive to the service needs of my Kia Forte. I am not car savvy. When I call Reilly with a service problem, he always makes time to discuss the issue and works me in for service if there is a pressing issue with my vehicle. For me, the quality of a car dealer's service department is number one when purchasing a vehicle for service after the sale.
