I recently purchased a used vehicle from Sunrise Ford and found the experience to be satisfactory overall. The team was courteous and professional, honoring their word and providing a fair deal. They fulfilled the basic expectations of a car dealership, which I appreciated. However, there was one significant drawback. Despite purchasing a vehicle from a Ford dealership—where they have the capability to produce keys—I was not provided with a second key fob. While I understand the vehicle was sold “as-is,” a courtesy key would have added a thoughtful touch and shown a greater commitment to customer satisfaction. For the future, my feedback is that while Sunrise Ford met the basic expectations, they could elevate the customer experience by adding small, over-the-top gestures of courtesy and flair. These little details can make the process more memorable and stand out in a competitive market. More

The salesman over promised and under delivered! The car was delivered dirty and broken! The management has yet to make it right! It’s really luck of the draw as far as you get for employees, customer service wise, half of them are good and their customer service is acceptable. The other half is so POOR I would NOT recommend buy employees, customer service wise, half of them are good and their customer service is acceptable. The other half is so POOR I would NOT recommend buying from this dealership AT ALL unless they have a vehicle and you cannot find it anywhere else, which, happened to me, because I bought three vehicles from them in the last four years. I finally learned my lesson and I will NOT be going back or recommending them to anybody else. Definitely make sure you check insurance rates on a new vehicle BEFORE you sign paperwork to take delivery. They sold me a vehicle and then the insurance was way more than the monthly payment on the vehicle, which was outrageous AFTER I already signed paperwork. I was like “ok, I guess we’re gonna have to undo this deal I can’t afford that!” Luckily I was able to find a little bit more of affordable insurance. They will tell you what you wanna hear just to get you out the door. I asked them to fill up the vehicle coolant overflow, which they did not, didn’t realize until I got home. Come all the way back to the dealership just to find out that they don’t have the type of coolant my vehicle needs. Which I also asked them about and they assured me they had it. Then they were supposed to get the flat tire kit, of course there’s no follow up. It’s just “yeah yeah yeah yeah” whatever you wanna hear until they get you out the door and blow you off. I eventually got it today after calling and calling and calling. I would recommend Bill Hughes over Shawn as a salesman. At least Bill didn’t fill out his own customer satisfaction survey in front of us at his desk like Shawn did. How do I know? I asked him about it and called him out on it and he said, “yeah that’s what I did” filled out his own survey on how he did. The general manager, Alex Medina keeps emailing me asking me to let him know if they could improve anything before I write them a Google review, which I called and left him a voice mail and emailed him, but he did not return my messages. Hopefully today I am finally all done. I have everything that’s owed to me and I cross my fingers don’t have problems with my vehicle in the future. Bill also told me not to worry about canceling my old insurance policy that the new policy and the lienholder would take care of that which was false. That is something the insured driver has to do on their own. Learn from my mistakes so you don’t have to make the same ones. More
