I was in very big need of a car as mine was pretty much done for and they worked very hard to find something that worked with my health issues AND my budget. I didnt think id ever find an suv i could afford again but sure enough they did. Loving my lease! Its been just about 2 months and im still pleased with everything! Even got a call from Sean to make sure everything was still good! Great people, highly reccommend!! More

The Wickstrom Way Been to 2 different dealerships before I realized there was a Chevrolet Dealership in Roselle. I left both dealerships because of the salesmen. I have not had to buy a car since he’s been in Sales, but I have been looking ahead to do so in the next year, and already bouncing ideas off Sean, so believe me when that time comes, he will be the one I go to, as well as the one I refer anyone I know to who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. The Sean experiance I had spent the morning shopping for a car for my daughter. We are from Far northwest Illinois and made the trip to another car dealer based on there I had spent the morning shopping for a car for my daughter. We are from Far northwest Illinois and made the trip to another car dealer based on there internet inventory. We found a car at the other dealer but I don't purchase the first car we see. So I remembered a car dealer in Roselle and thought I would stop by. AS soon as my daughter and myself got there Sean introduced himself. He seemed real nice but I'm kind of hard on salesman. I told him my daughter is the one buying the car and I the muscle for the deal. He took that well and started working with my daughter. Sean made her feel real comfortable and showed her a verity of cars that fit her requirements. When she found one that she liked Now it was my turn, I told him to shoot me his best price because I'm calling the other car dealer and telling the other dealer what they need to do to get my business. He started to tell me what do I need to do to get your business. I informed him that he needs to give the best price and not to pressure me or I will walk right away. He took note and shot me a price I called the other dealer right there on the showroom floor and got there best price. We where within a few dollars and I explained to Sean I would walk and have walked over 7 dollars. He talked to the manager and a few other people and got me the deal I was looking for. It was nice to work with a salesman that listened and did not push and got the job done. More
