Dishonest with no integrity I recently purchased a used truck via email. I agreed to their price and the day they set up for me to finish the paperwork by the dealership. They said the deal was approved and I was to come in on Saturday. Sean the asst. used a car manager choose not to honor my purchase which the dealership agreed to and sold my purchased truck from underneath me on the Friday before i was scheduled to come in. Now I'm stuck with a PFFCU bank check made out to the dealership and a memory of a truck I legally purchased with the dealership via email that Sean chose not to honor. This is how Sean treats his local Police, Nurses and former service members. Thought I found a great dealership but instead found a shady auction. More

When I went to the dealership to see the car, Steve was very accommodating of my time, and did not pressure me to make a hasty decision. The test drive was pleasant, and Steve was informative explaining all the features of the car. The price stayed exactly as he quoted to me from the beginning, there were no surprise add on charges or anything. Picking up the car and filling out the paperwork was painless, and the customer service was great.
