This was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Jaclyn immediately responded to my initial inquiry with helpful information and then answered all of my questions for over a week before I could tra Jaclyn immediately responded to my initial inquiry with helpful information and then answered all of my questions for over a week before I could travel the 250 miles to see the car. Jaclyn's patience and assistance were way beyond the norm. Sean had the car ready and took the test drive with us, providing lots of background information as he is the one who had taken it in trade. His great attitude and helpfulness was very reassuring. Joe was also extremely helpful when we hit a snag with my out of town credit union and was able to smoothly accommodate us and keep us informed in the process. The price was better than anyone else in the area on a similar model. This was not a WOULD buy again scenario but a HOPE TO or WISH I COULD ALWAYS buy again here scenario. Thank you to the entire staff at TASCA Buick GMC Clearwater. I honestly don't know what you could have done better. You should be held up as the example of how to treat customers. More

I worked with Jaclyn and Dillon over the phone. We came to an agreement on price and set up a time for delivery. When I got to the dealership the vehicle was washed and had a full tank of fuel. Tried FB marketplace ended up finding this on Car Gurus. Pros: Great truck, the staff was professional and timely, and we worked out a fair deal. Cons: i came in with a bank check to buy the truck and found out much later in the process that I was required to use onsite financing only and that i could refi to my bank after the deal was done. So, the dealership got all their fees wrapped into a bundle i had to refinance. Btw, they did attempt to convince me the bank apr wasn’t real, but it was. The detailing service leaves something to desire. Although it looked good when i picked it up it was a superficial detailing at best…. Didn’t last but a couple days. More
