They were very accommodating and I was able to do all the shopping online and over email. For sales, I dealt with Joe over email and he also handled me when I picked up the car. Very nice guy and provided great service. Once I had picked a car and wanted to reserve it I dealt with Sean. My car was in transit so I had to wait a few weeks. He was very proactive giving me updates when the car hit the port and went it was on its way to the dealership. For the the actual signing of the contract, I dealt with Chris who was also great. I have purchased two other new cars before and consider myself a pretty educated consumer. Chris did a good job providing information about the different extras and didn't give me a hard time when I said I wasn't interested. I would definitely buy a car from them again. More
