The sales guy (Stephen Gonzalez) was horrible. Getting the promised repairs was a nightmare. Turns out the wrong paper was submitted for my GAP insurance and you all were notified in Nov 2022 an Getting the promised repairs was a nightmare. Turns out the wrong paper was submitted for my GAP insurance and you all were notified in Nov 2022 and no follow-up was done. This whole experience was not exciting. This experience was a headache times 10. The follow-up here is null and void as I had to continue to call to get answers. No manager was ever available to discuss nor knowledgeable about unresolved issues. More

I have purchased 3 brand new Acuras from Arlington Acura since 2018. The sales experience was awesome as usual in December, which is why I have always returned and referred friends who have purchased here. since 2018. The sales experience was awesome as usual in December, which is why I have always returned and referred friends who have purchased here. After my purchase, I discovered a manufacturing defect in the tailgate that clearly occurred at the factory. Arlington Acura service took excellent care with my warranty repair for my 2023 MDX. Starting with the service manager Sean, he gave me assurances they would take care of my repair. Steve coordinated the body rebuild of the tailgate through the regional Honda service manager, then coordinated repairs at the shop. Another repair was needed afterwards and Steve was on it. Hats off to the Arlington crew, making me one happy customer! More

It feels so good when; you kind have an emergency and you don’t have to go to the ER, this is just an example. Arlington Acura's service team is the best I've had in my life and I'm 75, and been driving since 16. They are informative, courteous, and they know all the little details of operating an Acura. I've been life and I'm 75, and been driving since 16. They are informative, courteous, and they know all the little details of operating an Acura. I've been having my Acuras serviced here for over 20 years without any doubt in their integrity. There has never been a doubt that their service recommendation was for real and not an "upsell". Someone is doing a great job hiring the right people and someone is doing a great job training. My feeling is every business has a personality, and that personality is a result of upper management/owner's example. And BTW, the repairs are down as promised ad on time. Do yourself a favor - this is the place to have you car serviced. More
