This time around I felt Wayne Subrau stepped up their game. Brian, Mike & Jerry in service were very helpful explaining the direction I should take with my 2019 Forester. My decision was to purchase a game. Brian, Mike & Jerry in service were very helpful explaining the direction I should take with my 2019 Forester. My decision was to purchase a new car. I have had 3 Forester's and wanted to try out a different car. I chose the 2024 Outback Wilderness and I'm very happy. Jerry in service helped me by removing my kayak carrier off the 2019 Forester and sales put the kayak carrier on the 2024 Outback. I am grateful for the help and attention they all gave me in the transition of the vehicles. Ken, Sean Anthony in sales did an excellent job. Sean helped me to set up the remote start. He knows what he is doing. Thanks to all!! More
