I purchased a vehicle from this dealership a little over one month ago, and the experience since the sale has been extremely disappointing. Shortly after purchase, a rock chip developed in the windshiel one month ago, and the experience since the sale has been extremely disappointing. Shortly after purchase, a rock chip developed in the windshield. Because the vehicle has advanced systems, I first contacted the dealership for guidance or support. I was told they have no service department and no way to assist, and was referred next door to Speedy Glass. Speedy Glass confirmed the chip is too close to the passenger-side pillar to be repaired and that attempting to fix it would cause the windshield to crack. Replacement was quoted at $1,082. Given how recently I purchased the car, I went to the dealership in person and when I entered I wasn’t greeted. A minute later the sales manager yelled from across the way to me, asking “what do you need” in a very dismissive way leaning against the counter that was 30ft away. I explained the situation and asked if there was any goodwill assistance or support. This was declined with no effort to help or escalate. On top of that: • The odometer was recorded incorrectly on the title, which delayed my paperwork. • I had to FedEx the corrected title back, and I still do not have my plates. • The sales managers were unfriendly and dismissive, and during my visit no one acknowledged me when I entered. They market themselves as a “high volume” store with “no wiggle room,” but the lack of customer care after the sale is concerning. I understand this is a used car dealership, but professionalism, accountability, and basic courtesy should still apply. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. More
