My experience was in service. I waited for over 5 min to just be acknowledged. 3 service members, 1 on the computer 2nd completed with his customer and then proceeded to he on t I waited for over 5 min to just be acknowledged. 3 service members, 1 on the computer 2nd completed with his customer and then proceeded to he on the computer rather acknowledge me standing and waiting to be helped. 3rd person finally acknowledged my presence and then waited over 4 more minutes to find time to help me. Very disappointed in the service dept. Not impressed! More

Sean is fantastic. In fact, everyone I’ve worked with: Sean, Troy, the woman who answered the service department call, the parts manager, and Blake in sales are all c In fact, everyone I’ve worked with: Sean, Troy, the woman who answered the service department call, the parts manager, and Blake in sales are all customer service oriented patient, kind, and just plain awesome. Although it cost more to go to the dealership to have repairs done I feel confident that the quality is excellent and customer service is fantastic. I’m sad Sean can’t wear his toy story shoes though. The first thing I noticed about him and it was a conversation starter to the beginning of a customer service relationship. I hope that you reward your employees in whichever way appropriate for the great customer service they provide More
