This is the second review I’ve done for these guys and I’ve never reviewed anybody before. Had a problem with oil leak leaking on the bottom of my car. They were two weeks out to see my car. They were abl I’ve never reviewed anybody before. Had a problem with oil leak leaking on the bottom of my car. They were two weeks out to see my car. They were able to squeeze me in on an emergency basis two days later and really helped me out in a jam. On top of all that the car was washed and everything was covered under the warranty. These are some solid people that haven’t gave me the typical dealer experience that I have come to hate from dealing with nonsense for 25 years. I highly recommend Bedford Jeep. More

These guys are great. They are actually farther away from me than two other Jeep dealers and I still travel to them. I’ve always found dealers to be shady in terms of service But these guys are great they don’t pressure you don’t try to sell your stuff you don’t need and don’t tell you about repairs that are not needed. They give it to you straight and they don’t make you feel stupid or cheap if you choose not to go with one of their recommendations. They laid all out for you, give you the pros and cons and let you make the choice. To me that’s worth a lot and I will keep going back to them. More

Very confusing, I set up appointment with a person in a call center for service and spent about 1/2 an hour with the person on the phone. The person said I was all set and the dealer would call me with the call center for service and spent about 1/2 an hour with the person on the phone. The person said I was all set and the dealer would call me with the appointment time. One week on no phone call. I finally got through to the dealer and they did not have the information of my appointment. The dealer person was great and the service people were great but I was an 1/2 of an hour of my life on the phone with a person that did nothing for me. The system has to get better. More

No proactive updates on my vehicle status All updates where printed by me No perceived concern that they were not able to provide a service loaner passed me off to another sept almost like it wasn’t t where printed by me No perceived concern that they were not able to provide a service loaner passed me off to another sept almost like it wasn’t their problem. Was provided one reactive status update advising my vehicle would be done week before last it wasn’t and there was no update until a week ago July 5 advising it was done. This left me no ability to plan my pick up and return of said rental vehicle More
