Service center is not focussed on customer satisfaction.
They seem inattentive and miss items that should have not been missed like resetting engine diagnostic alerts. I have had to return to service center
They seem inattentive and miss items that should have not been missed like resetting engine diagnostic alerts. I have had to return to service center on numerous occasions because service was not completed properly first time. I have told service advisor I was not happy and I have given feedback in survey. Nothing seems to change. And I have never been contacted by management to see why I was unhappy. This is my second vehicle from this dealership. With first vehicle I felt the service department was more focussed on customer satisfaction but has steadily gone downhill.

Even though he is newer to the team, he seems to really understand how the cars operate. And, he personally walked out with us and had us check the car to make sure our problem was resolved before we left the lot.
