I would give this dealership a 0 if I could. Sales person would not allow us to test drive the car without him, and then could only go down the road a little ways - not enough to really get a f Sales person would not allow us to test drive the car without him, and then could only go down the road a little ways - not enough to really get a feel for the car. Typical used car sales tactics where they have to talk to their manager multiple times, and they strong hold you into financing a vehicle over the weekend when banks are closed (you need a cashier's check if you are going to pay in full) or the price will go up. Multiple associates sitting around on their phones, yet I waited an hour to see the finance guy. Was told the car would be ready that week, but 2 days later was told I would have to wait until the following week. Sales person sent a rude text message, so I refused to deal with him again. There's nothing about this place that is honest. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Everyone deserves honesty. More

Impossible to get deposit refunded. I was told I can get a refund if I change my mind after saying I was not sure. Salesperson (Sean) assured me that I can get a refund if I changed my mind but that I would not need to. I signed the purchase agreement. Changed my mind 24 hours later and was told I needed to pay $900 in fees incurred because I cancelled. I contacted the AG office to clarify and was told that should not be the case. I called back and was told that they were mistaken and can get a full refund. I drove there immediately to get refund. Then was told the manager on duty is not the person who signed off so I can't get refund. Sean told me ""I already knew you were going to change your mind when you asked that question." I would need to come back and there's nothing they can do about it. I left and told them I would submit a complaint to my credit card company. I forgot to ask for some names and came back to ask for everyone's name and they accused me of recording them. When they finally relented and call the "manager," he said just to issue the refund and he will deal with it tomorrow. Then they demanded the physical credit card - the same card they took a picture of yesterday. I had a picture of the credit card and I told them they have it from yesterday and they said NO I need the physical card, making me ask my husband who was working to drive down. Guess what they did when he came down with the credit card? He looked at it and typed in the credit card information so his manager can issue the refund tomorrow. I will submitting complains to the AG office, BBB about my experience. Hoping for another recession to make these car company feel the pain again - they're fat and want to make the experience as bad as possible to screw people over. My experience could have been better with regards to communication and professionalism. Sean was the associate who sold me the car and his communication skills were sub par and flat out rood and disresp communication and professionalism. Sean was the associate who sold me the car and his communication skills were sub par and flat out rood and disrespectful at one point. When the sale was going through, communication was acceptable but then after the associate got his sales commission the communication went sharply downhill...hmmmm. The associate was short with me and even hung up the phone on me when I was asking questions about the registration process after the sale. It felt like I was talking to someone else. I called back and he said, "Oh I thought you were done asking questions?" So yeah, let's be rood and full of crap. I spoke to the manager about what happened and he backed up the associate saying he was at the doctors office with his son. Huh? If that was true, why didn't the associate say that in the first place? I suppose I'm just another dummy customer. I had to go back a second time because the car did not have the spare tire, owners manual and extra set of keys. The manager was good about getting me these missing items and offered to fill up my tank with gas. How nice! So, after he gets me the missing things he goes to send me on my way and I had to ask about getting the gas he promised me for the inconvenience. It was raining that day and he begrudgingly said, "I'll get someone else to do it, I'm not doing it." Wow. Thanks for offering and then giving me an attitude for following through. I won't be going back to Boch Honda based on this experience. More

So they took 2000 dollars for charge me the plate and I’m still it’s /19/09/2021 I’m not getting my money back it’s very frustrating and playing games with me and they put me on the phone for hours and I want to speak with general manager they told me he is not here or your not able to talk looks like they so important plz don’t buy anything for this dealership you waste your time and money plz plz fix More
