Car shopping is stressful, we were treated pretty crappy by another dealership, and by the time we came back to Regal, we were exhausted, hot, and pretty frustrated. Nick was more than willing to listen to our frustrations while showing us exactly what we were in the market for. Regal didn't sell us a car, Nick did. If it wasn't for his personable nature and honesty, we would've headed home without giving Regal a second thought. More
